Taking captive of our thoughts

I remembered there was a particular meeting back in amk house, eelee said something about "taking captive of every thoughts" - this was one thing that i carry, but sometimes i let my emotions and feelings get a hold on me that i find it difficult to put those words into my mind and heart.

It resulted in many things. I do not need to name it here cause i believe you guys know what it will be. =) Once again, i wanna let those words sink into me so there won't be rubbish worries.
